Alain Berthet Founding partner of PROMARK in 1991, Alain Berthet has a master's degree in Law and a post-graduate degree in IP Law from the Pantheon Paris II University. He has been advising clients on industrial property and European trademark law since 1984. He has been teaching trademark law at the Master II level for Industrial Property Rights at the Paris-Pantheon University since 2001. He regularly takes part in legal competitions, particularly the Juris'Cup and the Patent cup. In 2000, he published a book called "Protect Your Trademarks in France and Abroad". He specializes in trademark and industrial design law, copyright, domain names and unfair competition. He helps his clients to build their protection strategy and assists them with sensitive Industrial Property Rights negotiations. Before joining PROMARK as a partner in 1996, she had been advising clients on industrial property and European trademark law since 1983 in specialized IP firms in Paris. She is a contributor at Rouen Business School. She specializes in trademark and industrial design law, copyright, domain names and unfair competition. Nicolas Moreau holds a master’s degree in business law, a post-graduate degree in industrial property from the Panthéon-Assas University of Paris, as well as a specialized master in law and international management from HEC Business School. He obtained the solicitor’s degree in 2003 and practiced as a lawyer specialized in Intellectual Property in a French and an American law firms before joining Promark in 2008. English.
